We are unable to respond to clinical questions / enquiries via email, nor book appointments. If you feel you need to speak to a doctor please ring the surgery.
We aim to respond to your e-mails within 3 working days.
If you are chasing hospital test results please let us know when the test was done, what the test was for & who requested it.
For prescription requests please either use the online form above or nhsbsolicb.dorridge.prescriptions@nhs.net.
To cancel appointments, please use the cancel an appointment form to let us know if you can't make your appointment, rather than you having to call us. Please give as much notice as possible. Appointment cancellation requests sent within 2 hours of the appointment being due may still result in a 'no show' on your record.

Accessibility
Disabled parking bays are available in the roof top car park to the rear of the surgery. Access via Reception is designed with wheelchair access in mind. Disabled toilet facilities can be found adjacent to the waiting room area.
