Out Of Hours / Emergencies
Callers, who phone the surgery out of hours, will be played a voice message instructing them to hang up and redial 111.
The 111 call is free from both landlines and mobiles.
The NHS 111 service is to be used for out of hours enquiries which are less urgent than 999. Advice will be given, and you will be directed to the appropriate service available.
For a life threatening medical emergency, please dial 999
URGENT TREATMENT CENTRES can now only be accessed via an appointment system, booked by NHS111. Patients can no longer access a ‘walk-in’ service, without an appointment.
Please call 111 or visit online at https://111.nhs.uk first.
